The 2020 MTV Video Music Awards will be the first live award show to occur since the pandemic began. It is set to take place at Barclays Center on August 30th and will adhere to new guidelines and regulations. A few of the performances for the night have just been announced and we are so excited about them!
Doja Cat, BTS, and J Balvin were announced to be some of the performers at the award show. BTS will be performing their new English single titled "Dynamite." This will be the first time that the band has ever performed at the VMAs. BTS is also up for three awards, including Best K-Pop Group, Best Choreography, and Best Pop. Doja Cat is up for the Song of the Year Award for her hit single "Say So." J Balvin has four nominations including, the Best Latin Category for his songs "China," "Amarillo," and "Que Pena," as well as Best Collaboration for his song "RITMO." Additional performances will be announced throughout the month.
