Marvel fans rejoice: Disney just released the first trailer for new docuseries Marvel's 616!
From The Avengers to Guardians of the Galaxy to Black Panther, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has grown incredibly and gained fans all over the world.
Disney+'s new anthology docuseries Marvel's 616 is set to release on November 20, 2020. The series will have 8 episodes, each focused on a different story and director. The series explores Marvel's legacy and its focus on telling stories that reflect the world right outside your window.
Each episode will be directed by a different artist and focus on the intersections of storytelling, fandoms, and pop culture.
For any and all Marvel fans, this is an amazing opportunity to get behind-the-scenes insight into the process of some of your favorite stories and characters. The series will showcase Marvel's many artists, trailblazing women, forgotten characters and more!

“Japanese Spider-Man” Directed by David Gelb
David Gelb also directed popular 2011 documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi, 2015 film The Lazarus Effect, and created the Netflix series Chef's Table. Gelb retweeted Marvel's tweet about the new series and said:

“Higher Further Faster” Directed by Gillian Jacobs
Jacobs has directed shorts in the past, but is probably best known for her role as Britta Perry on NBC comedy series Community. You can stream Community on Netflix!
“Amazing Artisans” Directed by Clay Jeter
Jeter directed 2011 film Jess + Moss and has worked onNetflix's Chef's Table and Unsolved Mysteries,
“Lost and Found” Directed by Paul Scheer
Scheer is perhaps best known for his roles on shows like The League, Fresh off the Boat, and Veep, but has also worked has a director, writer, and producer.
“Suit Up!” Directed by Andrew Rossi
Rossi directed the documentary Page One: Inside the New York Times.
“Unboxed” Directed by Sarah Ramos
Ramos started her career as a child actress and is known for her roles in Parenthood and American Dreams. She also directed six episodes of the series City Girl.
“The Marvel Method” Directed by Brian Oakes
Oakes has worked on visual effects on a number of productions and was nominated for two Emmy Awards in 2016.
“Marvel Spotlight” Directed by Alison Brie
Another Community alum, Brie is also known for her roles on Bojack Horseman, Glow, and Mad Men.
