The highly praised TV series Schitt's Creek broke records as they took nine Emmys last night. There's no wonder that so many stars and celebrities were celebrating the cast and crew's success.
Schitt's Creek just finished their sixth and final season - and they ended the series with a bang. The show took home the following awards: Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series (Eugene Levy), Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series (Catherine O'Hara), Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series (Dan Levy), Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series (Annie Murphy), Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series (Dan Levy), Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series (Dan Levy and Andrew Cividino), Outstanding Contemporary Costumes (Debra Hanson and Darci Cheyne) and Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series (Lisa Parasyn and Jon Comerford).
Last night marked the most wins in history for a comedy in just one year.
