Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley 'Chaos Walking' Gets New Release Date

'Chaos Walking' starring Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley has a new release date.

Lionsgate has plans to release Chaos Walking in theaters and IMAX nationwide with a new release date.


The new film has a new release day of March 5, 2021 as the film starsTom Holland, Daisy Ridley, Mads Mikkelsen, Demián Bichir, Cynthia Erivo, Nick Jonas, Kurt Sutter, and David Oyelowo. According to IMDB the film is about:

A dystopian world where there are no women and all living creatures can hear each others' thoughts in a stream of images, words, and sounds called Noise.

A new clip has been released shows Todd Hewitt (Holland) meeting Viola Eade (Ridley). Despite the short clip being only 30 seconds long, we are still curious to know what happens with Holland and Ridley's characters.

New Official Clip

Along with the official clip, new photos were also released as one of them shows Jonas riding a horse alongside Mikkelsen. The film is directed by Doug Liman who previously directed films such as The Bourne Identity, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Edge of Tomorrow, and American Made. The film is also based on the book The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness that was adapted for the screen by Ness and Christopher Ford.

New Photos

Originally, the film was set to be released March 1, 2019, however the film was was pushed to January 22, 2021, due to reshoots which were completed in May of 2019. The shooting schedule caused conflicts as Holland was filming Spider-Man: Far From Home and Ridley was filming Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Audience won't have to wait any longer for the new film.
