Katie Holmes, Josh Lucas, and Jerry O'Connell star in the new romantic drama The Secret: Dare To Dream.

The film is based on the 2006 adaption and self-help book, "The Secret" by Rhoda Byrne.

The Secret: Dare To Dream follows widower Miranda Wells (Holmes), who is struggling to raise her children by herself and meets a stranger, Bray Johnson (Lucas), who subscribes to a philosophy of confident and positive thinking.

Andy Tennant is directing the film, but he's not new to the world of fan favorite movies. He also directed Ever After: A Cinderella Story, Sweet Home Alabama, Hitch, and The Bounty Hunter. Tennant wrote the screenplay, along with Bekah Brunstetter and Rick Parks, and will be distributed by Roadside Attractions and Gravitas Ventures.

The film was originally scheduled to be released on April 17th, 2020 but was pulled due to COVID-19. The film will be available on VOD July 31st, 2020.
