Both of the stars took it one step farther posting intimate gift exchanges. Barker showed off a twinkly diamond ankle bracelet that appears to be on the reality stars foot.

The couple has not become instagram official yet, but Kourtney seemed to make an effort with another instagram story post of a handwritten note stating "Roses are red, violets are blue, garlic bread, Blink-182".

The couple were friends for a while before starting to date last month a source told people.

"He's liked her for a long time and she just got more open to the idea. He's a good guy and a really great dad," a source told PEOPLE. "Her family and friends all really like him. Their kids all get along too, which is sweet."

Kourtney celebrated the earlier part of the day with her family and kids.

Last week, 41-year-old Kardashian and 45-year-old Barker were seen eating dinner together and sharing a few laughs.

Another insider told PEOPLE that their relationship is easy for them and the kids all get along well. Kourtney has three kids with co-parent Scott Disick: Mason, 11, Reign, 6 and Penelope, 8. Barker shares three kids as well with ex-wife Shanna Moakler: stepdaughter Atiana, 21, daughter Alabama, 15, and son Landon, 17.

"They spend most of their time together with the kids, but they have tried to sneak away for dates without the kids too. It's an easy relationship since they have known each other for so long," said the PEOPLE insider. "Kourtney knows what Travis likes and the opposite. And they have a lot in common. They both prioritize their kids so there is no conflict there. Kourtney is having a great time with Travis."

Maybe the couple will officially make their relationship Instagram worthy, but for now the subtle hints will do!
