Tia Mowry has taken to her social media accounts to share her new slim figure since giving birth.
Mowry welcomed daughter baby Cairo back in May 2018 and reveals she lost 68 pounds since giving birth.
The Sister, Sister star posed in denim shorts and a gray turtleneck, "I've lost to date 68 pounds since giving birth to my daughter. I'm very proud that I did it my way and in my time. I didn't feel rushed to snap back. I enjoyed breast feeding and spending quality time with #cairo and my son #cree," wrote Mowry.
The secret and advice she shares is not to rush the process. Her fans commented on her beautiful and fabulous look and thanked her for sharing her wisdom.
Mowry shares two children with Cory Hardict. Hardict and Mowry tied the knot back in 2008, and Mowry currently stars on the Netflix family comedy Family Reunion.
