Richard Burgi is bringing the drama to Genoa City!

The soap veteran is introducing a new character, Ashland Locke, but his business dealings with the Newman and Abbott families takes a scandalous turn.

"This is a situation where, we're not 100% sure, but we're pretty locked in on the fact that [Tara] has a baby with Kyle. I've got some reckoning to do, as I find this out along the way. If it wasn't his own child, will he still love his child? There's lot of questions to be asked as we go along," Burgi said.

Despite the Kyle and Tara drama, Richard is thrilled to re-enter the soap arena!

"It's a great cast, great show, it's got such great history, and I was really stoked to get back in the daytime medium, which I really like."
