George Returns to Directing
George Clooney returns to directing and stars in the new film The Midnight Sky. In the film Clooney plays Augustine trying to stop astronauts from returning to earth after a mysterious global catastrophe. We think it's an eerie coincidence for the film given the current pandemic. The film also has a major cast including Felicity Jones, Sophie Rundle, Kyle Chandler, Ethan Peck, David Oyelowo, Demián Bichir, Tiffany Boone, Caoilinn Springall, and Sophie Rundle.

Binge 'The Stand'
Over on CBS All Access check out the new version of The Stand. The mini series isbased on the best-selling novel by Stephen King and stars Whoopi Goldberg, Alexander Skarsgård, James Marsden, and Odessa Young. The series is about an end of the world crisis when a plague ends up killing much of the world's population.
Buddy Valastro's New Special
On TLC Buddy Valastro better known as the Cake Boss has a new special documenting his road to recovery. Earlier this year, a serious accident happened at his home bowling alley. The accident nearly cost him his life when his hand got caught in a machine.
