Taylor Swift is giving her all to help those in need during this difficult year and season.

The singer and songwriter has donated $13,000 to two different mothers Nikki Cornwell, from Nashville, Tennessee, and Shelbie Selewski from Harrison Township, Michigan. Swift found their stories through a Washington Post article that highlighted Americans who continue to face unemployment and are struggling to pay their rent and bills. Swift was immediately taken aback by their GoFundMe page stories and wanted to do all she can to help.

In Selewski's GoFundMe Page, she writes:

"Hello! My name is Shelbie Selewski and I'm from MI. I was featured in the The Washington Post story about people being behind on their rent and utilities. I lost my job in the spring and have had to stay home with my young daughter who was born with a collapsed lung right before Covid (Dec) and was hospitalized for two months after at Childrens. I have tirelessly tried to find employment along with my Fiancé but with Vada (daughter) being compromised and my 7 year old in Virtual School it has proven incredibly difficult. We have sold everything we could possibly sell and with that have always paid our bills as much as possible but it feels like every day something else comes up. From shut offs to actually being shut off, there is not a moment that I wish this Pandemic had never happened. I have never thought to make a GoFundMe but with Christmas approaching I just didn't know what else to do. We would be grateful for any help. The money will go directly to keeping our lights on this holiday season and trying to pay some rent so we aren't evicted. Any leftover money will go toward the kids."

Upon her donation, Swift left a comment for Selewski under her page. Swift wrote:

"Shelbie, I'm sending you this gift after reading about you in the Washington Post. No one should have to feel the kind of stress that's been put on you. I hope you and your beautiful family have a great holiday season. Love, Taylor"

Cornwell also had a heartbreaking and emotional story on her GoFundMe page. Cornwell wrote:

"Hello my name is Nikki Cornwell and I am a single mother trying to get my feet back on the ground i am the Nashville mom featured in the Washington post story about people being behind on rent and utilities my water was turned off but someone blessed me that help. I'm about $5000 behind in my rent and I don't have much time to move by January 5th I don't know if my kids will even have a Christmas this has been a horrible year for us I have always worked because I had to 3 jobs in one day I just need to get on my feet I feel like I'm drowning I was supposed to start a job in May but I tested positive for covid and my family i was really ill from covid I didn't think I would pull through it was horrible im getting better although I have no smell fortunately I recovered thank God. I still haven't been able to get a job despite my efforts i had one I should have started on my bday i was told they were putting holds on hiring but im still trying I hope to start a job this week praying. Its been rough because I'm not the only person looking for work. My family would appreciate any help this holiday. I am definitely praying for miracles. God bless everyone."

Swift was just as stunned about Cornwell's struggle and left a comment below her page as well. Swift wrote:

"Nikki, I read about you in the Washington Post and thought it was really brave of you to share your story. I'm so sorry for everything you've had to go through this year and wanted to send you this gift, from one Nashville girl to another. Love, Taylor"

During such a difficult time, it is uplifting to see Swift among so many other celebrities find ways to give back to those struggling.
