Taylor Swift has become the top female artist with the most weeks at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums Chart!
Swift's albums have spent a total of 99 weeks at the number one spot on the charts, surpassing the previous record holder Shania Twain, whose albums spent 97 weeks at the top.
The country megastar took to Twitter to congratulate her fellow female country artist writing,
"Let’s Go Girls!!!! Proud of you @taylorswift13. Historical records are meant to be made and then broken. The baton is meant to be passed on to new generations. Unstoppable young female country artists are [fire emoji] inspite of the hurdles."

Swift, 32, has an impressive collection of albums including nine original studio albums, five EP's and three live albums. Swift returned to the top of the charts twice in 2021 alone after re-recording two of her earlier albums, Fearless (Taylor's Version), and Red (Taylor's Version).
Fearless (Taylor's Version) spent three weeks at the number one spot on the albums chart, while Red (Taylor's Version) remains at No. 1 in its seventh week.
After releasing several pop albums beginning in 2014, with 1989, Swift's albums have not made an appearance on the Billboard's Country Albums Chart since the original recording of Red in 2012.
While Swift is now the female artist with the most weeks spent at No. 1 on the chart, Garth Brooks still holds the all-time record with 169 weeks.
