SNL just announced the hosts and musical guests that will take the stage from November 6th to November 20th and fans are understandably excited.
November 6th - Kieran Culkin / Ed SheeranÂ
On November 6th, Emmy Award nominee Kieran Culkin will host Saturday Night Live for the first time. The actor is best known for his outstanding role in HBO's hit series Succession, which is currently airing its third season.
Ed Sheeran, on the other hand, is set to perform as musical guest. The four-time Grammy Award winner has recently released his album "=" which is receiving critical acclaim.
Sheeran's participation had been in doubt after the singer tested positive for COVID-19. Luckily, the singer has posted a picture on Instagram declaring that his quarantine is officially over.
November 13th - Jonathan Majors / Taylor SwiftÂ
On November 13th Emmy Award nominee Jonathan Majors will also host the show for the first time. The actor currently stars in The Harder They Fall, which is out in selected theaters and will be available for streaming on Netflix from November 3rd.
As musical guest, the 11th-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift will officially hit the stage following the release of "Red (Taylor's Version)" out the previous day, November 12th. This is going to be the fifth time that the singer appears on SNL.
Swift has already teased the album through a series of Tik Toks and fans had gone wild to decrypt her notorious easter eggs.
November 20th - Simu Liu / SaweetieÂ
Finally, on November 20th Marvel's Simu Liu will make SNL's hosting debut. Liu stars in Marvel's Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings, which is set to be available on Disney+ from November 12th.
Saweetie will also make her debut as musical guest -- The multi-platinum singer has a #1 single "Best Friend" and is set to release her debut album "Pretty Bitch Music" at the beginning of next year.
Make sure to watch SNL on November 6th at 10pm on NBC.
