The Real Housewives are heading to the North Pole.
On Thursday The Hollywood Reporterreported that Peacock is set to make its first original holiday movie: The Real Housewives of the North Pole.
The film will star The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillscast member Kyle Richards and TV actress Betsy Brandt.
While Richards is known for bringing drama and glamour to the west coast reality tv franchise, Brandt is best known for her roles in shows like Breaking Bad and CBS sitcomLife in Pieces.
According to the report, Brandt and Richards will play best friends who compete in an annual holiday decorating contest but become rivals after a falling out that gets the whole town talking. A reporter picks up the story and plans to title it "The Real Housewives of the North Pole."
Holiday movie aficionado Don Oliver will direct the film written by Tippi Dobrofsky, Neal Dobrofsky, and Spyder Dobrofsky.
The Real Housewives of the North Pole is set to begin filming this month.
