Newly fresh off her big breaks onScandal, Little Fires Everywhere, American Sonand Live in Front of a Studio Audience, Kerry Washington will continue her reign on the network and beyond.

Washington revealed her excitement about the deal, saying:

Washington's company Simpson Street is home to other hit programs like HBO's Confirmation and The Fight. Their upcoming projects include Shadow Force with Sterling K. Brown, Goldie Vance with Rashida Jones, City of Saints, Thieves and 24-7 with Eva Longoria.
