Joe Jonas Partners with Expedia for an Unusual Promotion


Joe is offering a helping hand - literally.

Joe Jonas is quite literally lending a helping hand to travelers that are still feeling hesitant to travel again amid the decline of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The travel agency Expedia recently released a report stating that 80 percent of Americans are still feeling reserved about going out and traveling again. 60 percent said they need more assistance now with booking travel than they might have in previous years.

In light of this statistic, Expedia appointed Joe Jonas to lend his hand. Literally. The travel company made 250 3D-printed replicas of Jonas's hand to show that they are here for their customers.

The 'Expedia Helping Hand[s]' have been printed, decalled, and signed by the Jonas brother himself.

"I've spent so much of my life on the road – touring the world and playing in virtually every major city. Traveling has always been a personal passion for me, but after more than a year spent at home, I am eager to get back out there," said Jonas in a statement for Expedia. "I know that travel is better when I have a great companion to explore with – Expedia gets that too. I'm excited to team up with them to help people feel confident about traveling the world again, whenever they're ready, by lending a helping hand."

To enter to be one of 250 that win a hand, Expedia users can enter their details at www.helpinghand.expedia.com. Furthermore, Expedia is donating $100,000 to the humanitarian organization, Mercy Corps, in order to aid communities that are enduring the lasting impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
