In today's What's Trending, we are discussing how to celebrate Batman Day.
DC Comic's has created virtual activities for fans of the Dark Knight to celebrate his big day. On Waze, the GPS app, you are able to choose if you want to be the superhero or the super-villain by picking to have Batman or The Riddler to narrate your directions.
DC is also hosting a virtual charity Batman run to donate to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. You can choose to either run or walk a 5K or a 10K. Participants have until December 1st to complete their run and will receive Batman goodie bags including a quarter zip, a medal, a hat and a personalized bib.

The iconic comic book character has been played countless times by top actors. Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale and Ben Affleck have all played Batman in hit movies and on TV. Robert Pattinson will soon be added to this list as he will play Batman in an upcoming, darker adaptation of Batman expecting to hit theaters in October 2021.
The new film has had complications with filming during the pandemic; production was halted when Pattinson had tested posItive for COVID-19. Filming has recently begun filming again and is still planning to be released in October of 2021.
