Mank was nominated for Best Motion Picture, Best Director (David Fincher), Best Screenplay (Jack Fincher), Best Performance by an Actor (Gary Oldman), Best Supporting Actress (Amanda Seyfried), and Best Original Score.
You can watch both the film and the drama series on Netflix now.
Another television series trailing closely behind is Schitt's Creek, with five nominations.
The nominations include Best Television Series (Musical or Comedy), Best Performance by an Actress in a TV Musical or Comedy (Catherine O'Hara), Best Performance by an Actor in a TV Musical or Comedy (Eugene Levy), Best Supporting Actress in TV (Annie Murphy), and Best Supporting Actor in TV (Dan Levy).

The runner up for film with the most nominations is The Trial of the Chicago 7, with five nominations. The picture was nominated for Best Motion Picture (Drama), Best Director (Aaron Sorkin), Best Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor (Sacha Baron Cohen), and Best Original Song ("Hear My Voice").
You can watch the film on Netflix.
As far as television distributors go, Netflix leads the pack by far with 20 nominations total. HBO comes in second with seven nominations, and Hulu with six.
A Surprise and a Snub
Many are seemingly surprised by James Corden's nomination for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy when considering his co-star, Meryl Streep, did not receive a nomination for Best Actress. Although many believe this was a snub for Meryl, who played a Broadway star named Dee Dee Allen in the Ryan Murphy movie musical, the actress still has plenty under her belt with 30 total Golden Globe nominations and eight wins.
The Prom was also nominated for Best Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) next to Music, Borat Subsquent Moviefilm, Hamilton, and Palm Springs. You can watch it on Netflix.

Chloé Zhao, Regina King, and Emerald Fennell are all nominated for Best Director for a Motion Picture, next to David Fincher and Aaron Sorkin. This makes history for the award show who has received several years of bad press because of their lack of female director recognition. It is the first time more than one female has been nominated in the category at a time.
You can watch Regina King's One Night in Miami on Amazon Prime now, Emerald Fennell's Promising Young Woman on Amazon Prime, Google Play, YouTube, and Vudu, and Chloé Zhao's Nomadland in select theaters now and streaming on Hulu as of Feb. 19.
