You can add another achievement to Idris Elba's massive list of accomplishments. Now, the actor, director, and producer has closed a deal between his production company and Apple.

Green Door Productions was founded in 2013 by the British star and has made comedies including In The Long Run and Turn Up Charlie. Jay Hunt is Apple's European creative director, who led the deal with Idris Elba.
Elba is not the first A lister to join forces with Apple. Oprah Winfrey, Julia Louis Dreyfus and Alfonso Cuaron are just a few on the list of celebrities to land deals with the company.
