The iCarly reboot is returning for an exciting second season on Paramount Plus.
Created by Dan Schneider, the original hit Nickelodeon series ran from 2007-2012, and followed the lives of teenagers Carly (Miranda Cosgrove), Sam (Jennette McCurdy), and Freddie (Nathan Kress) who created a popular web series, iCarly, while having many whimsical adventures.
Nearly ten years later, the show was revamped for a revival series. Season one tells the story of the now 26 year old Carly Shay and twice divorced Freddie Benson who both choose to move back to Seattle, in the same building where the original show was set. Carly decides to team up with Freddie and her brother Spencer (Jerry Trainor) to help relaunch the iCarly web show. The series also added new characters, Harper (Laci Mosley) and Millicent Mitchell (Jaidyn Triplett) who play Carly's roommate and Freddie's adopted stepdaughter. Since its premiere, Season one has been one of Paramount Plus' most streamed shows.
Details as to what to expect for the second season are still rather unknown, as Season one is still airing, with seven of the thirteen episodes available online.
Season one episodes of the iCarly reboot air on Thursdays and can be streamed on Paramount Plus.
