With themes of family, intense action, and out of this world situations likely to continue, the next installment of the franchise will hit movies theaters on April 7th, 2023.
Fast and Furious 10will serve as the penultimate film in the action saga, as the core story of the franchise is conclude with the 11th film. Both of which will be directed by Justin Lin.
20 Years of Fast
Over the course of the franchise's released nine films, the first of the movies premiered 20 years ago. Within those 20 years, the franchise went from street racing to spying and sabotage. The budgets got bigger and the stakes got higher, however, one theme remains strong: family. Commercially speaking, the Fast and Furious saga is one of the most successful franchises in the 21st century, raking in a whopping $6.5 billion worldwide.
