American rapper Dr. Dre has already had a difficult 2021. Earlier this month, the star began noticing symptoms of an apparent brain aneurysm. After spending over a week in a Los Angeles hospital, the entrepreneur finally returned home on Friday.
On January 4th, Dre went to the hospital to receive treatment for the tragic brain aneurysm that presented a major hurdle to the start of a new year. However, the following day, he took to his social to update his concerned fans. The star had major gratitude toward his medical team who took such great care of him as he fought the biggest physical impairment of his life.
His optimistic post after such a tragic incident is inspiring as many people's loved ones are in the hospital at a time when physical health is declining across the world.
Dr. Dre is the founder and CEO of the popular Beats Electronics with record executive Jimmy Iovine. After its inception in 2008, the pair launched the streaming subscription service known as Beats Music. His most popular tracks include "Still D.R.E.," "Nuthin But A G'Thang," "I Need A Doctor," and "Forget About Dre."
Following his aneurysm treatment, his friend and fellow rapper, Ice-T, shared the exciting news that the innovator was safely returning home.
Update: Just FaceTimed with @drdre He just made it home. Safe and looking good. 🙏👊🏽— ICE T (@ICE T) 1610746485
We are so happy that Dr. Dre has completed his treatment and is on his path toward a healthy recovery.
