Star Wars will be showcasing two new shows that will be in the same time frame as The Mandalorian. These are called Rangers of the New Republicand Ahsoka starring Rosario Dawson.

Diego Luna will star in Star Wars: Andor in 2022.

Hayden Christensen will be returning to the Dark Side as Darth Vader in Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The Acolyteis a series coming to Disney + that will be in the same time frame as the 'High Republic' era.

Star Wars will even have an animated series called Star Wars: The Bad Batchthat will tell the story of the Bad Batch of clones from The Clone Wars.

A Droid Storywill showcase R2-D2 and C-3PO.

Star Wars: Landois another series coming to Disney + soon.

And, last but not least, Disney + and Star Wars will go anime in Star Wars: Visions.

Movies

Not only do we get Star Wars TV shows, but we even get two new movies too!

Patty Jenkins, who played Wonder Woman in the 1984 version, will actually be directing Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, which is set to release on Disney + in December 2023.

There is also another Star Wars movie in development created by the infamous Taika Waititi.
