Dale Moss is opening up about his split from former Bachelorette Clare Crawley.

In November, the couple made major headlines, as they prematurely left the sixteenth season of The Bachelorette to pursue a relationship. But sadly, the bliss didn't last long. On January 19h, Moss shared news of the couple's breakup in an Instagram post.

Following the news, cheating allegations and accusations surfaced, leading fans to question what really happened between Crawley and Moss. On Instagram Stories yesterday, he finally decided to set the record straight.

He said:

"I finally feel comfortable getting on here, after having some time to process everything that's gone on. And I know a lot of y'all have seen me smiling on social media and say I don't seem as hurt or burdened by this, but that's the farthest thing. This time has sucked. And thank God I have the friends and the family that iIhave because they've literally had to carry me through the last two-plus weeks."

Moss when on to say that there was "no one person to blame" in the breakup, sharing:

"The fact of the matter is there's no one person to blame in this situation. And like every relationship, we've had our ups and downs... But the statements that came out, this didn't come out of nowhere."

He then assured fans that though the breakup was tough, he still had a lot of respect and love for Crawley. Moss said:

"I love Clare and respect Clare enough to let her know how I feel, even if that's against the expectations of everybody else."

Moss told fans that he gave this relationship his all, revealing:

"I wanted nothing more than to make this relationship work. And I put my heart and soul into it each and every day. And I wanted nothing more than to build a healthy relationship. And while this is going to be difficult, what you'll see from me is trying to practice what I preach and continue to put my best foot forward each and every day."

And finally, he finished out his Instagram stories with a written quote, which read:

"Love doesn't go anywhere when the container of a relationship changes."

Crawley has yet to respond to Moss' recent remarks.
