Caitlyn Jenner is opening up about Kim Kardashian's former marriage to Kanye West.

In an episode of The Pivot Podcast, posted to Youtube on May 24, Jenner detailed her past experiences with gender dysphoria, her transition, and spoke on step-daughter Kim Kardashian's relationship history.

While discussing the dating lives of her children, the 72-year-old called Kanye "a very complicated guy." Although the rapper was "so on my side" during her transition, she remembers the difficulty her step-daughter experienced during the pair's marriage.

"Kimberly has been through a lot with the guys she's been with, especially Kanye. I really like Kanye, I got along with him so well, the two of us did great together." She continues, "but he was very difficult to live with."

Kim's dating life has been hot in the news as of late. After their marriage was reportedly on the rocks for quite some time, Kim filed for divorce from her estranged husband of six years, in February 2021. Then, in October of that same year, rumors swirled that she had begun dating former "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson.

The couple has since gone public, and has been spotted out and about together numerous times. Jenner also discussed Kim's new relationship with Pete, after she revealed she'd met the comedian for the first time recently. She said:

"He treats her so well. When they were over here, Kim is so happy. And Kim deserves to be happy. She's been through a hell of a lot through her life."

At sister Kourtney's Italian wedding to her now husband Travis Barker, Kim paid subtle homage to her boyfriend Pete by posting a picture of hot pink nails with the letter "P" spelled out with crystals.
