ABC's new documentary seriesSuperstar premieres tonight at 10 PM, with a one-hour special about iconic singer Whitney Houston. The episode features new interviews with friends and associates of the singer, intercut with archival footage and interviews Houston granted to ABC before her unexpected death in 2012. Superstar will shed a new light on "the mavericks who shaped American culture", with subsequent episodes focusing on Kobe Bryant and Robin Williams.
Money Court
Half Shark Tank, half Judge Judy, CNBC's new series Money Court features zesty investor and failed Canadian politician Kevin O'Leary alongside trial attorney Katie Phang and former Miami-Dade County judge Ada Pozo. The three will examine a variety of financial disputes, hearing testimony from both sides and scrutinizing all available evidence, before arriving at a final conclusion that all parties must abide by. This one-of-a-kind experience premieres tonight at 10 PM.
Josh Gates Tonight
The latest season of Josh Gates Tonight is premiering tonight on the Discovery Channel. Hosted by the eponymous adventurous dork, Josh Gates Tonight features a daring mixture of celebrity interviews (this season features Paul Sorvino, Tom Green, and BD Wong, among others) and unusual expeditions (so far, we know that Gates will be taking part in a séance and visiting a submarine-based rum distillery). The first episode airs tonight at 9 PM, and past seasons can be streamed on Discovery+.
What If...?
The first animated series on Disney+ has been highly anticipated since its announcement in 2019. Chadwick Boseman, Chris Hemsworth, Samuel L. Jackson, Natalie Portman, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd, Mark Ruffalo, Sebastian Stan, Taika Waititi, and Tom Hiddleston, and many others reprise their roles from the big screen, in a show that explores alternate timelines where events from the MCU happened differently. The first episode of the 9-episode season premieres tonight, with new episodes dropping every Wednesday.
The Challenge
Entitled "The Challenge: Spies, Lies & Allies", Season 37 of the beloved reality competition series The Challenge premieres tonight. Featuring competitors from 10 nations and shooting locations in 27, the show has been airing since 1998, with its veterans developing and maturing a little each year. The latest episode airs at 8 PM on MTV.
MTV Cribs
The revival of the classic documentary series is almost upon us. Originating in 2000, MTV Cribs gives behind-the-scenes looks at the private homes of iconic celebrities. The new season features Martha Stewart, Big Sean, Rick Ross, and Snooki, and premieres tonight at 9:30 PM on MTV.
Bake Squad
In this bold and colorful cooking show, four dynamic bakers will face off in a competition to see whose dessert gets chosen for someone's wedding, birthday or event. Hosted by Milk Bar founder Christina Tosi, this baking battle features absurd shenanigans and delicious pastries. Episodes of the first season are streamable now on Netflix.
The Kissing Booth 3
The third and final installment of The Kissing Booth film series is finally here. Elle Evans (Joey King) is torn between Harvard and Berkeley, trying to decide whether to move across the country for her boyfriend (Jacob Elordi) or follow her passion and possibly lose him. This heartfelt but hilarious romantic comedy is streamable now on Netflix.
Family Game Fight
A new episode of the competition series Family Game Fight, hosted by husband-wife duo Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell, premieres tonight. Each episode has Shepard and Bell join separate families of four to compete in a series of wacky games. The prize: $100,000. The show makes its time-period premiere on NBC tonight at 9 PM.
The Encore
The season finale of reality television series The Encore airs tonight at 10 PM on BET. The show follows nine former R&B girl-group members who join together to form a supergroup. This season has followed them as they attempt to create an album before 30 days are up.
Dave
Season Two of Dave has been some of the wildest and funniest content on television. The show has followed Dave, a twenty-something man with neurosis who feels he's destined to become one of the greatest rappers of all time. However, all good things must come to an end: the season finale premieres tonight at 10 PM on FXX.
