If you live or have been to Las Vegas, you know that the desert oasis is home to countless A-list celebs. And with star power, comes fabulous homes!
Vegas icon and world famous singer Wayne Newton's Casa De Shenandoah is up for sale once again, this time listed for a whopping $30 million. Believe it or not, this famous estate was listed for $70 million back in 2013. The estate's name since then has been changed to Sunset Springs Ranch.
Listed by Luxe Estates & Lifestyles LLC, the 57,000 square foot ranch sits on 39 acres and comes with seven-bedrooms and seven-bathrooms. However, the whole property includes eight homes, 53 horse stalls, koi ponds, and heliport, and more.
The Newtons moved out of the home in 2013, but their style and legacy are prominently featured throughout the property. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, Newton still holds memories dear of his former home:
"I never sold my memories and love for Shenandoah...I took those with me."
If you have a cool $30 million laying around, now's your time to spend it!
