In the caption, Tyler confirmed the album will be called Call Me If You Get Lost. He teased this title on billboards that popped up around Los Angeles over the past few weeks.

He also announced the album's release date: June 25th, 2021. It has been over two years since his last album, IGOR, which was released on May 17th 2019. Tyler earned a Grammy for the album, which was praised for its experimentation and is widely considered to be one of the best albums in recent years. The IGOR album cover reads:

"All songs were written, produced, and arranged by Tyler Okonma."

This is extremely impressive because most rappers recruit other artists to help, but for IGOR, Tyler did it all himself. It seems like Tyler is taking on the same responsibilities for Call Me If You Get Lost as its cover includes a similar message:

"The holder of this license wrote, composed, and arranged all songs within the attached record unless stated otherwise."

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to point that "the holder of this license" (Tyler Baudelaire) must be a character because Tyler's real last name is Okonma. Baudelaire seems to refer to a French poet and contemporary of Edgar Allen Poe named Charles Baudelaire.

The announcement of Call Me If You Get Lost's release date and album cover didn't come as a surprise however. Fans were expecting an announcement from Tyler after he posted a trailer for the album which was followed by the release of the lead single "LUMBERJACK".

"LUMBERJACK" features sounds that are reminiscent of Tyler's older works like Wolf and Cherry Bomb. Fans are excited to see what else Tyler has in store for this new era.

The single has been well received by critics. Pitchfork stated in their "LUMBERJACK" review:

"He strips the genre to its core elements: a spare minor-key beat, an understated delivery, and unfussy, inarguably tough bars."
