Tom Parker from 'The Wanted' announced on Instagram that he was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and is already in treatment.

Unfortunately, the tumor is inoperable; it was discovered after Parker suffered two seizures over the summer. According to the Brain Tumour Charity the average survival time for these types of patients is one year to 18 months.

Nonetheless, Parker ends with a message of hope:

We just want love and positivity and together we will raise awareness of this terrible disease and look for all available treatment options. It's gonna be a tough battle but with everyone's love and support we are going to beat this.
