Dune

First, it's the sci-fi movie that audiences have been waiting for: Dune.

The film, directed by Denis Villeneuve, has been in the making for nearly a half-decade. Villeneuve is no stranger to science fiction. The Academy-Award-nominated director is known for films such as Arrival and Blade Runner 2049.

Dune is a film adaptation of a 1965 novel of the same name. The film will chronicle the first half of the book, and a sequel in the future will cover the rest. Timothée Chalamet portrays the main protagonist, Paul Atreides. Chalamet's co-stars include Zendaya, who plays his love interest Chani, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Jason Mamoa and more.

Dune is in theaters and streaming on HBO Max now.

The French Dispatch

Chalamet broke onto the scene just a few years ago in 2017's Call Me By Your Name.

Now, the 25-year-old not only stars in Dune, but also The French Dispatch. The film, directed by Wes Anderson, has been in the works for the past three years.

The Academy-Award-nominated director is known for his unconventional style of filmmaking. Cult classics like The Royal Tenenbaums and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou saw Anderson rise to prominence.

This time around, The French Dispatch follows four connected stories that all center around the publication of a fictional American newspaper. Chalamet's co-stars include Frances McDormand, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Tilda Swinton, and many more, in a huge ensemble cast.

The French Dispatch is in theaters now.

Ron's Gone Wrong

Looking for something that's fun for the whole family? Luckily, Ron's Gone Wrong is hitting theaters this weekend too

Ron's Gone Wrong is the first film to be released by Locksmith Animation, a studio based in London andfollows a young boy named Barney who struggles to fit in. That is, until he meets Ron of course. Ron is a robot who is programmed to help Barney make friends.

The only problem is, well, Ron's Gone Wrong. Zach Galifianakis lends his voice to the titular character and Barney is voiced by Jack Dylan Grazer who got his big break in It.

You may also recognize Grazer's voice from his role as Alberto in Pixar's Luca. Grazer took to Instagram to share with that he has been working on Ron's Gone Wrong since 2016.

Ron's Gone Wrong is in theaters now.

The Voice

In other entertainment news, Ed Sheeran will be joining the star studded cast of The Voice next week. Sheeran is stepping into the role of "mega mentor" alongside Kelly Clarkson, Ariana Grande, John Legend, and Blake Shelton.

Sheeran has got a lot on his plate with his fourth studio album dropping at the end of the month. Keep an eye out for Ed Sheeran's new album, =, which is set to release October 29th.
