Tarek El Moussa is a huge star on HGTV. He and his ex-wife Christina made the term 'house flipping' a part of our every day language thanks to their show, Flip or Flop.

So many people decided to become house flippers, after watching the show, that now Tarek is teaching them how to do it properly on his spinoff series: Flipping 101. It returns for its 2nd season, starting tonight.

"I'm mentoring rookie flippers. It takes me back to my first year of flipping where I was just so anxious and so nervous and so scared and so confused. So I'm mentoring and coaching these rookie flippers and the funny thing is, half the time they don't listen to me and I'm the expert, which makes some great TV..."

This season he's not only coaching flippers, he's also getting engaged. Tarek's romance with Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young also plays a big part in the series. We even get to see him pop the question.
