The 23-year-old singer debuted his fresh new tattoo on his Instagram March 17. In a carousel of vacation pics, Mendes appears shirtless with a red vertical line on the back of his neck. The musician's new ink resembles Machine Gun Kelly’s throat tattoo he debuted in 2021.
