As Rihanna continues her pregnancy journey, the singer celebrated her mother's birthday with a sweet Instagram post claiming she had more "love and respect" for her than ever before.

RiRi made a special birthday tribute to her mother, Monica Braithwaite, via Instagram on April 5. The star posted an adorable throwback picture of the pair with the caption,

"Today is my Queen’s birthday!!! Being on the verge of motherhood, unlocked new levels of love and respect I have for my mommy in a way that I could never explain! She’s the true MVP and I wanna give her her flowers every second I can! Love you mumzzzz!!! Happy Birthday! We gon celebrate on da link up!"

In January of this year, Rihanna revealed that she was pregnant with boyfriend, A$AP Rocky after stepping out in NYC to show off her bump and later sharing the photos to Instagram.

The fashion entrepreneur has since been embracing her pregnancy in style with an endless wardrobe of glamorous and chic pregnancy looks that perfectly accentuate her beautiful figure and growing bump.

The "Love on the Brain"singer, who is in the last trimester of her pregnancy, spoke to Elle last month about her pregnancy and her future parenting style, which Rihanna compared to that of RHONJ star Teresa Giudice.

"She will flatten you about those kids. And that resonates with me a lot because I feel like that's the type of mom I'm going to be. Psycho about it," said the singer.

As far as the best advice the Fenty mogul has received about motherhood,

"Sleep now because I won't get much later," Rihanna said. "I need to work on that before it's a thing of the past."

It looks like Rihanna certainly has her challenges ahead, running a billion dollar company and looking after a newborn baby, but if there's anyone who can do it, and look stylish while doing it, it's Bad Girl RiRi.
