The star's most recent hosting gig is currently happening on FOX's reboot of Don't Forget The Lyrics.
"I'm giving away bags of money to anyone who's a music aficionado. Fun fact... I actually get to work with my better half on this particular project, because she's part of the band," Nash said.
Speaking of better half, Niecy is making history with her wife, Jessica Betts, as the first same-sex couple to grace the cover of Essence Magazine.
"I actually call it making herstory! See what I did there? We've broken the internet a couple of times and that was definitely one of them. So many people have come forward and talked about how they saw themselves in that. It was very, very special and I think it always is to be the first one to do anything."
