Nicole Walters is a businesswoman and the boss of a blended family with a stay-at-home husband, two adopted kids and a manny!

The entrepreneur stars in the new USA show, She's The Boss, and unveils why her career is perfect for reality TV.

"People think I'm the boss, because I run this multi-million dollar consulting firm and I have all these employees, but the truth is it's not me, it's this crazy family of mine, and this show shows all of that," Walters said.

Nicole hopes the show both entertains and inspires, especially since women continue to break the ceiling with more representation happening on screen.

"I'm hoping that people can see that you can be young, that you can do it all, that you can step out, that you can balance a family and still chase your dreams. I think that this generation more than any other really needs to see that. You can build a business that looks the way you want it to look, you don't have to go the traditional route. If you want a family, you can do that too."
