We chatted with Karamo Brown and got the inside scoop on all there is to know about the 'Queer Eye' star.

Karamo Brown talked to our Sonia Isabelle about Queer Eye's impact, his migraine struggles, and more.

Brown constantly spreads love on the hit show Queer Eye. He shared how it feels to be apart of such an empowering show during this tough year. Brown says:

"It feels so good because there is so much negativity in the world sometimes when you just feel like 'Are we going in the wrong direction?' and to be apart of one little small piece that makes people know this is all about helping people and doing what we all can to feel supported and to make sure that our fellow person feels seen, it feels really nice."

Brown is no stranger to overcoming as well as dealing with struggles. He shared:

"I've been suffering from migraines since I was 17. The thing about migraines is that people think it's just a headache and I want to stress that it is not just just a headache. It is so much more than that. You feel like you can't function."

As for what friends and family can do for those struggling with migraines Brown says:

"Believe them! When someone tells you what's going on with their body, believe them."

In regards to any future projects Brown told us:

"I'm scared to say 2021 is going to be my year because the last time I said that I'm having PTSD about that. So, I'm just hopefully and optimistically thinking that we will be able to work together so that our country can get back in order and then I can start sharing these major, major things that I am working on, both personally and professionally."
