Saturday Night Live has announced this weekend's lineup and this better not be a trick cause we think it's a treat!
In their traditional Instagram post, an image of name cards on a tack board reads the names John Mulaney and The Strokes.
Mulaney reposted the image to his own instagram with the caption,
"Three things define New York: SNL, The Strokes, and Ed Koch. Koch is dead, so I'm hosting. I am so goddamn excited."
John Mulaney is a legendary comedian known for his stand up specials and dorky sense of humor. The hosting gig will actually be a homecoming for Mulaney who worked on the writer's desk at SNL for four years. He has already returned to host three times previously, making this his fourth episode in the spotlight.
The sketch comedy show also features a musical guest each week and this Halloween we'll be rocking out to The Strokes.
You can catch the spooky episode of SNL this Saturday on NBC!
