Known for being the main anchor on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360° (2003-) and a correspondent on CBS' 60 Minutes (1968-) Anderson Cooper is an American television phenomenon.
In Tribute to Alex Trebek
While announcing his new guest host position on Jeopardy!, Cooper made sure to give tribute to late host Alex Trebek. We lost the beloved game show host in November of 2020, a man Cooper describes as,
"the perfect host, [who] conducted himself with such intelligence, humor and grace."
'Jeopardy!' Hosting Schedule
Raising money for the Albert Schweitzer Hospital and Justice Defenders, Cooper is following the guest hosting footsteps of NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers. While hosting, Rodgers raised $236,725 for North Valley Community Foundation.
Following Cooper as the next guest host will be CBS News correspondent Bill Whitaker followed by The Big Bang Theory's (2007-2019) Mayim Bialik.
New episodes ofJeopardy! premiere Mondays through Fridays at 7 p.m., only on ABC.
