One of Hollywood's biggest celebrity power couples is no more.

On Wednesday, Jason Momoa took to his Instagram with a joint statement from him and his (ex)wife, Lisa Bonet.

We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception [...] And so we share our Family news--that we are parting ways in marriage. We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy, but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty.

Momoa, best known for his roles in Aquaman and Game of Thrones, first met Cosby Show star Bonet at a jazz club in 2005, well before he had found fame. The two had an instant connection, as Momoa had reportedly had a crush on Bonet ever since he was eight years old and saw her character Denise Huxtable on television.

Momoa and Bonet have two children together. They had their first child in 2007 and later married in 2017. Momoa also helped raise Bonet's daughter, Zoë Kravitz, from her marriage to Lenny Kravitz. Zoë Kravitz is now an actress and incredibly close to Momoa, who claims he and her father have a brotherly bond.

Momoa and Bonet also reportedly have no bad blood between them, and wish to move forward with their children's and their own best interests in mind.
