Carly and Freddie may soon be an item!
EXPAND
iCarly originally ran from 2007 to 2012 before going off the air on Nickelodeon. Nine years later, Carly and her friends have returned all grown up as they face a new challenge: trying to navigate their early 20's.
In season two of the Paramount+ reboot, it looks like Carly and Freddie may finally be taking their relationship to the next level.
"It's just a hot mess in typical 'iCarly' fashion," Kress said.
Miranda Cosgrove's on-screen Drake & Josh older brother, Josh Peck, will also be debuting a new role in the reboot.
"I love Josh so much and it was so fun getting to work with him again in the first time in so long. He plays Carly's manager," Cosgrove said.
Jerry Trainor, who reprises his role as Carly's older brother, Spencer, shared his gratitude that the fans continue to follow the gang's journey.
"Especially being the old guy on the show... watching Nathan and Miranda grow up and now they're grown ups. The people we made the show for back then are grown up," Trainor said.
iCarly is streaming now on Paramount+.
