Jimmy Kimmel hosted this year's Emmy Awards for the third time, but it looked a little different this time around. No one was in the audience, except some cardboard cutouts...and Jason Bateman.

To help Jimmy kick off the night, Jennifer Aniston came by to basically save the Emmys. A little later in the night, Jen made a second appearance, alongside her Friends.

The night was filled with shocking wins, heartwarming appearances and moving speeches, but no one did it quite like Schitt's Creek. The beloved comedy series stole the night with seven Emmys wins.

Also making history, Zendaya! The Euphoria actress took home "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series," becoming the youngest actor to win the award.

And last but not least, Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon celebrated the night in their own kind of way. The Little Fires Everywhere pair threw a New Years party to countdown to 2021.

Reese said "We're ready for this year to be over," and we don't blame her!
