Why is there series being split in two? Here's what she had to say

After Andy Cohen announced that "The Real Housewives of New York" would be recast, Eboni K. Williams sat down to spill the tea.

In an interview with Carlos King on his podcast "Reality With the King,"Williams revealed where her castmates stand on going forward with the new series. She claimed that she was the only consistent advocate for the show, stating,

"I feel I was more than willing the whole season and after we aired and after we wrapped and after the decision to not have a reunion, I was always willing to negotiate with my former castmates about what an ensemble future could look like that included all of us, always right up until the very end. They were unwilling is all I can tell you. They were unwilling to come to the table and meet me even halfway in that negotiation."

According to Cohen, the show will be split into two series--one with legacy stars, and another to "reflect a more diverse NYC." Williams cites the decision as being the fault of her castmates being unwilling to negotiate. She revealed,

"And if you know anything about business, you know anything about the art of the deal, you can't close that way. You can't close when parties involved in the negotiation are unwilling to give, even an inch. So, I think that more than anything is actually the reason that we are now getting these two shows."

The last season of "RHONY" abruptly ended last year without the typical reunion. However, Williams claims the show would not be over if her fellow castmates were willing to break out of the "New York world and bubble" she claimed they live in.

"If those same former castmates of mine had been willing to enter into the negotiation of co-existing and sharing space with myself and additional women outside of their particular New York world and bubble, you would have had a season 14, that was what everybody anticipated, a proper integration of old school, new school."

According to Williams, the only cast member willing to negotiate was OG Sonja Morgan.

"What I am telling you plainly, only Sonja Morgan was willing to come to the table and negotiate a future that involved me as a part of this ensemble. Period dot."
