After Disney and Pixar announced the premiere date for Soul earlier this week, a new trailer is now here for fans to enjoy.
Disney announced earlier this month that their Soul will no longer hit theaters but rather go directly to its streaming platform Disney+. Soul was originally supposed to come out in theaters on November 20th but will now premiere exclusively on Disney+ on Christmas day.
Soul stars the voice talents of Jaime Foxx, Tina Fey, Phylicia Rashad, Ahmir Questlove Thompson, Angela Bassett and Daveed Diggs. It will also feature original jazz music from Jon Batiste and a score from Oscar winners Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
Soul is directed by Academy Award winner Peter Docter who also brought us Inside Out and Up, co-directed by Kemp Powers and produced by Academy Award nominee Dana Murray.
