In case you missed last night's DWTS episode, here's what you need to know.

Last night, Dancing With The Stars had its sixth episode of its 29th season. With many great performances, the judges had some difficult decisions to make.


Some of the night's dances had some missteps, but the episode also had some of the best performances of the season.

Even judge, Derek Hough, danced, returning to the stage for the first time in three years and delivered an incredible performance with his girlfriend, Hayley Erbert, to end the night. Here's a recap of all the contestants' performances from the night.

Johnny Weir performed a salsa with Britt Stewart

Johnny and Britt scored 22/30.

Nev Schulman did a jazz dance with Jenna Johnson

Nev and Jenna scored 26/30.

Monica Aldama rumba-d with Val Chmerkovskiy

Monica and Val scored 27/30, their best score yet.

Skai Jackson danced the cha-cha with Alan Bersten

Skai and Alan scored 18/30.

Vernon Davis also danced the cha-cha with Peta Murgatroyd

Vernon and Peta scored 21/30.

Nelly did a Viennese Waltz with Danielle Karagach

Nelly and Daniella scored 24/30.

Jeannie Mai did a rumba dance with Brandon Armstrong

Jeannie and Brandon scored 25/30.

AJ MacLean samba-d with Cheryl Burke

AJ and Cheryl scored 27/30.

Chrishell Stause performed a contemporary dance with Gleb Savchenko

Chrishell and Gleb scored 24/30.

Kaitlin Bristowe danced the samba with Artem Chigvintsev

Kaitlyn and Artem scored 24/30.

Justina Machado performed a Viennese Waltz with Sasha Farber

Justina and Artem scored 24/30.

At the end of the night, Nelly and Daniella were the first couple announced as safe. Next were Jeannie and Brandon, Monica and Val, Chrishell and Gleb, AJ and Cheryl, Justina and Sasha, Kaitlin and Artem, Nev and Jenna, and Skai and Alan. Vernon Davis and Johnny Weir were in the bottom two. Sadly for Davis, Weir was saved, and thus former 49ers' player, Davis, was sent home.
