With extreme talents, an All-Star panel of judges, and a socially distanced audience watching from their cars, TBS has a lot to brag about this year.

The show's premiere panel of judges features Snoop Dogg, Grammy winner Jennifer Nettles, actress Rosario Dawson, and Cody Rhodes. The show is also hosted by actor, comedian, and menace to society Bert Kreischer, whose shirtless antics are sure to provide some memorable moments.

Rhodes hopped on Zoom to discuss the unique acts featured on the show, and how it aims to give a spotlight to acts that have been out of commission since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Whether it was a monster truck driver, a mentalist, a one armed archer, a circus performer, so many of them have been out of work because of the pandemic. To be able to put them on one stage and compete for $100,000, there's a total privilege to being a judge for that," Rhodes said.

Rhodes, who's the son of wrestling legend Dusty Rhodes, has made a name for himself in the WWE and is no stranger to putting on a big performance.

Now, it looks like he's beginning to take the path laid out for him by The Rock and John Cena with a foray into the world of Hollywood.

"At 35, I'm definitely not going to be a pro wrestler forever. It was nice to branch out and see if I was able to offer a bit of my insight as an entertainer, especially throughout the pandemic, and see if I could provide it to the show as a judge when it came to feedback. I thought we all gelled together really well."

WIth shows like America's Got Talent, The Voice, and American Idol already being well established with viewers, the new kids on the block are going to great lengths to stand out.

"I'd say it's different from other talent shows right out of the gate with the fact that there's really no singing, no dancing. These are heartland acts, I mean, that, to me, is the MVP of the show."
