Netflix has given Cobra Kai fans an early Christmas present!
Netflix has taken to social media to announce that Cobra Kai season 3 will no longer will be released on January 8 but rather a brand new date.
In a tweet posted below, Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) is shown looking at his computer looking at the official Netflix page for the series. He sees the release date for season 3, originally set for January 8, says "Nah, too long" and switches the date to January 1.

It was also announced that the cast of Cobra Kai will join hosts David Spade, Fortune Feimster, and London Hughes on The Netflix Afterparty to discuss the new season on January 2. The new season of Cobra Kai is sure to be bigger than ever and the perfect series to watch for the New Year.
