Stefani captioned the outfighting change "you need a party dress when u get to marry @blakeshelton@verawang gx ."

Stefani's veil incorporated the newlyweds' names as well as her three sons who she shares with ex Gavin Rossdale, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. The country singer opted for a more casual look wearing a black tuxedo jacket over a white shirt with a black vest and bowtie, pairing it with blue jeans.

Shelton built a chapel on his property for the occasion and the intimate wedding was officiated by the couple's fellow Voice host Carson Daly and about 40 of the couple's closest friends and family. Daly took to Instagram to express the joy of his two friends getting married.

The couple first met in 2015 while they were both coaches on NBC'sThe Voice, freshly out of divorces. At the time Shelton had divorced his wife Miranda Lambert and a few weeks later Stefani divorced Rossdale.

During the "Road to Lives-10th Anniversary Edition Special of The Voice in May, Shelton revealed how meeting Stefani was the greatest part of hosting the series.

"People ask me all the time, 'What's the greatest thing that has happened for you since you've been on The Voice?'" he said. "That's a no-brainer, right? I met my fiancée here. It's hard to resist Gwen Stefani. You know, here's this iconic rock star coming to be a coach on The Voice in a black minivan. That was cool to me."
