Betty White left quite an impressive real estate portfolio, including a mansion in Los Angeles and another in Northern California.

The total for the two properties is around nine million but could be higher given the current real estate price surge.

With no biological children, it's not exactly clear what the future of the ample estate is. White leaves behind three stepchildren from her marriage to Allen Ludden — Sarah, Martha, and David Ludden — and they could very well be getting a portion of the net worth. It's also likely that White left a large sum to one of the many animal charities she supported in life.

The will is said to include the $5 million Brentwood mansion where Betty passed away on December 31. The 3,029 sq. ft, 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is modest compared to neighborhood properties.

Records indicate the home was purchased over two decades ago and is under Betty's trust.

White also owned a pad in Carmel, California, with her late husband, Allen Ludden. The couple purchased the land in 1978.
The 3,621 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is where White had wished to live out her final days but was stuck in LA due to the pandemic.

A source told Page Six, "She never wanted to leave her home in Carmel, but was forced to for at-home care. Los Angeles was more accessible."

Real estate websites show the property has an estimated value of $4 million. White's network is estimated to be worth a total of $75 million.

As we celebrate her 100th birthday today, fans can honor Betty White's life on her centennial in different ways. White was an animal lover and closely connected to the Los Angeles Zoo, where she was a member of its board of trustees. Fans can head out to the accredited zoo and go on "Betty's LA Zoo Tour."

The Betty White Challenge, which was trending on Twitter, is a call to action and another way for fans and fellow animal lovers to give back by donating to an animal rescue or charity group in her honor.

White's fan club dues were donated to animal rescue charities. The Hallmark Channel will also honor White's career by airing a 40-episode marathon of "The Golden Girls" today, January 17.
