Celebrated actress Marilu Henner caught up with us at Advocate Channel T.V. about the latest installment in her mystery-romance film series Aurora Teagarden Mysteries on Hallmark Channel.

In the film series, Henner plays Aida Teagarden, the mother to librarian protagonist, Aurora Teagarden (played by Candace Cameron Bure). The film franchise explores Aurora's ability to solve mysterious cases in Lawrenceton, Georgia, with the help of her friends in the Real Murders Club.

In this upcoming film Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Til Death Do Us Part , Henner is the mother of the bride. And while the series features plenty of crime-solving and intrigue, there is also that enchanting element of Hallmark romance.

Henner shared with us her enthusiasm for her co-star's big day in the upcoming film:

"It's her [Aurora Teagarden's] wedding, she's finally getting married! I'm so excited. It's beautiful, and I think it is our most fabulous episode."

In our one-on-one with Henner, she also shared that her work continued on in quarantine, even during the middle of the pandemic:

"Since the pandemic started, we were in the middle of shooting 14, and then we did 15, and then we did 16, and now we're doing 17!"

Henner even revealed to us the title of the 17th film in the series:

"We're in the middle of 17. The titles are so funny, [they] are hilarious. This one is called 'Honeymoon, Honey-murder."

Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Til Death Do Us Part will premiere this upcoming Sunday, June 13 at 8:00 p.m./7:00c on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
