World records come in all ages, shapes and sizes. That's the case for 6-month-old Rich Casey Humpherys who is now the youngest water skier in the world. But is that a good thing?
It seems just about everyone has an opinion about the infant's amazing feat. While some comments questioned the parents' judgement with responses like, "Poor baby!!! Its just a baby, my God!!!!" to calling them, "demons trying to play with the child's life."

Other's came to the parents' defense and celebrated the little tike's knack for extreme sports. Cheering him on with comments like, "This is awesome. I love that you're exposing your child to great experiences early in life," and "Everyone mad... He just beat a record of the youngest person waterskiing, and took it from someone who was 23 days older than him. Thats now.. 2 babies doing just fine skiing?"
Oh yea, that's right... Rich's parents Casey and Mindi may have had reason to rush their son Rich onto the water at 6 months and 4 days old. The previous world record holder was just 6 months and 27 days old.
Whether you agree with the motivation behind the baby on skis or not, the little man sure can ride. And yes, it is a "big deal."
