Maralee Nichols claims Thompson hasn't met their son, nor paid any child support.

Marelee Nichols welcomed Tristan Thompson's third child nearly two months ago, and despite what other sources claim, she states that Thompson hasn't even met their son yet.

The story broke in December when Nichols sued Thompson over the paternity of their son, who was conceived when Thompson was in Houston, Texas for his thirtieth birthday celebration.

Nichols' legal team claims,

"Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support their son. He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance. In the future we hope that reporters covering this situation contact us to confirm any facts before publishing."

At the time of conception, the NBA star was still dating Khloe Kardashian, and would deny paternity until January when DNA tests proved him wrong.

Upon the news, he released a statement that read,

"I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."

Still, the suit alleges that Thompson has yet to follow up on his word. Nichols has reportedly been raising their son without him, and without financial aid. When first breaking her silence on the relationship, she stated that she would "never have gotten involved" with Thompson if she knew he was in a relationship, and that Thompson told her he was "single and co-parenting" with Kardashian.

In her last public statement on the matter, Nichols said,

"Instead of focusing on any negativity, I am choosing to embrace being a mother and doing the best I can for my son. I do not want any further media attention, nor do I want a romantic relationship with Tristan. My goal is to raise our son in a safe, healthy, loving and private environment."
